Dynamic Headers for table Visual

hello,

Have table as below all values are already calculated just want to change column headers as below image red font to green.

I.e" CM PLAN " to "Sales Plan Oct-18", suppose OCT-18 is the current month when we change date according to that month should replace in table visual header.

Requirment is  table for visulisation perpose.
