Dynamic Group Slicer Selection

Hello Friend's,

 

I have one requirment . I have a data in the table format . we need to show count of Group wise.

Example : I have a Country, Customer,Product and Region

 

when i select any Group in slicer that Group values should reflect in the table like below image.

 

Ex : Picture 1 : If i select country from slicer country group should come in the table including sort 

      Picture 2 : If i select customer from slicer customer group should come in the table including sort

    Check this blog post were you have a detailed description on how to achieve this, although this is based on chart can be reused for table visual also.

    harib - 

    You can't add/remove columns with a slicer, but you could potentially do the following:

    1. Create a copy of the visual for each potential selection.

    2. Create a Bookmark for each potential selection, making the selection visible and the rest invisible.

    3. Create a Button for each potential selection, to "call" the bookmark which makes the relevant visual appear.
