I'm using dynamic formatting to change how my numbers are shown, showing the numbers with k, M, bn, etc. as a suffix and showing the number with 3 significant figures, such that if the order of magnitude is 2, 5, etc. it shows with no decimal places.
So "#,##0,.0k" works as expected but "#,##0,k" ignores the comma and just shows the number in the format "#,##0k". Any ideas?
Hi,
Here is a table of values, I have checked the format for the ones that are working and the dynamic format is "#,##0,.0k". The format I want for the hundred of thousands is no decimal places and the format I am trying to use "#,##0,k" but it does not use the comma. If I use the "#,##0,.0k" on the larger numbers it works.
Can you provide some sample data with desired result that illustrates the problem please?
Sorry replied to the post instead of you. The basic problem is if I use "#,##0,k" as the dynamic format the comma is ignored.
