Is there a way of adding 'out of the box' annotations to simple bar charts in PBI.
Example from the economist is a tagged label showing a particular data point, but of course if that chart was upated then the date in question would move to the left in the visual. Can this be done easily? Or through custom? or is it just adding a text box to a chart which is effectively then static.

I often use a measure in a Card visualization for this sort of thing if it has to be dynamic.
