Dynamic Column for Expierence

Hai Guys, Thank you for your support for the old post
I have another requirement
I have Two dates Column 1. Joining date 2.Current date (Dynamic Column)
Based on these two I want to create a calculated column That is the Total Experience column for each employee.

Hi @AlanP514 

 

You can try the following methods.

Column:

Current date = TODAY()
Total Experience = DATEDIFF([Joining_Date],[Current date],DAY)

You can create a calculated column as below

 

Calculated_column = INT(TODAY() - 'Table'[Joining_Date])

Total Experience (in Year) = DATEDIFF(TableName[JoiningDate]),TableName[CurrentDate]),YEAR)
