Hai Guys, Thank you for your support for the old post
I have another requirement
I have Two dates Column 1. Joining date 2.Current date (Dynamic Column)
Based on these two I want to create a calculated column That is the Total Experience column for each employee.
Hi @AlanP514
You can try the following methods.
Column:
Current date = TODAY()
Total Experience = DATEDIFF([Joining_Date],[Current date],DAY)
Is this the result you want?

HI @AlanP514 ,
You can create a calculated column as below
Calculated_column = INT(TODAY() - 'Table'[Joining_Date])
@AlanP514 , Try this DAX code:
Total Experience (in Year) = DATEDIFF(TableName[JoiningDate]),TableName[CurrentDate]),YEAR)
