I have created below table visual-
Now I need to put conditional formatting as below-
Each row (starting fro second row) should comapre with the first row (April) and if the difference between both values is >10%, it should highlight the background colour.
Also, this should be dynamic as if I want to choose the first row as March (from a slicer selection), Months prior to March(Inclusive), should be visible in the visible and all the calculaion should be done considering the first row(March).
Please help me incase you have some ideas.

Can you provide some dummy data that we can work with? According to your screenshot, there are two month columns, are they from the same table? As the data is across two years, which month is the year end month?
