Hi, I'm building in powerbi from an excel data source. The [h:]mm:ss format is giving me issues. Powerquery interprets this as a Time datatype and makes a duration of 0:10:19 look like 12:10:19 AM. While i understand that's fundamentally the same thing, it's being weird if I force it to a decimal (representing decimal days).
[h:]mm:ss in excel:
After forcing [h:]mm:ss to decimal days, powerquery makes it just different enough I can't really use it. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Please see this article for an easier way to handle durations.
