Hi All,
I copied a data table to use as a duplicate, the table i copied is 'consolidated talent snapshot' I need to connect these reports by field 'job family group' to 'in talent for job family'. My main data table (not the duplicated one) is connected to a date table, the duplciated data table dates are not working and I am unable to join these two data tables by dates. any ideas what i can do? below are my models

It is a loop error. To make it work, you need to also create a copied date table make it connected to the copied main table. Can you explain what do you want to achieve with the copied main table.

Hi @mmills2018
First of all it is not a good idea to duplicate tables, It consumes space and performance.
Secondly, you sound like you want to join Date table to 2 different Dates column, right? you can still do that but one relationship is going to be active and the other is Inactive. still you can use the inactive one with a DAX formula.
What is that you really want to do?
