Duplicate values in Matrix Table when FACT Table only has unique Values

Hi Experts

Cannot see my error here. Kindly ref to 1st Image.... Matrix table showing Duplicate Values

When My FACT Tables only has unique values for Reservation # ID

The measure i am using to calculate the Time Between Two Dates is (Calculated Column in Tables)

Time Between =

VAR _Days = DATEDIFF(BIvw_Lead[Date],BIvw_Lead[BIvw_Reservation.createdon],DAY)

RETURN IF(_Days < 0, -1*_Days,_Days)

Not sure whats i keep on getting duplicates in my Matrix Table???
