I have to display 2 bars in 2 separate Y axis (In single Visualization), I mentioned the requirement in attached screenshot. Is it possible in Power Bi? If yes, which is the best Visual to fulfil this?

Did you familiar with R script or python? If that is the case, you can try to use script-based visuals to manually plot graphs based on script codes.
