Drop down slicer - select One or All

i am trying to use the slicer with the drop down option selected. In selection control i have "Select one" option selected. I want the user to have either one seleciton option or "All Option" 

is that possible?

Did you mean that you want see "select all " in slicer? If so, you could set slicer like below
