Drop down dax editor "Expand" option/button is red??

Hi, newbie question.

i have noticed that in the fields where calc columns were created which seem to work fine, the expand /collapse arrow for the dax editor area has turned RED then it changes to grey ..  Am i missing something? is this normal?  please refer photo

@Frank76 , My observation, if you done somwthing wrong, it become red and change once you commit the correct formula
