Drop Pin on Map

Hi,

So I've created a map visual with bubbles showing the volume of a certain activity around the UK. I've used lats and longs to show the bubbles around the UK map. I was hoping to have a pin or a sign on the map to show "this is my location", and to put "My location" on a legend with the pin/sign. I've tried ArcGIS but there one is a tiny dot on the map and is triggered by a search, I want my one to be permanent. Also tried iconMapV3 but it doesnt let me change the colours of the bubbles based on the type of activity and it doesn't let me create a drop pin for my location.

As far as I know, in ArcGIS, if you want to Pin a location, you have to use an integrated search tool that combines resources and shows suggestions. so you have to use search to see Drop Pin. see specifically：
