Drilltrough for open Issues in timeline

Hello together,

I have worked a bit with Power BI but somehow i cant figure out how to solve this problem:

(Maybe some sideinformation for understanding, in our Company we use jira. And in jira there are issues (Stories, Features, Epics, Defects). The task im trying to get done, is building a defect trend (defect = Bug).

The biggest part is done, where im stuck is with the drilltrough functionality. The expected result is, that you can drill in any month (e.g November 2019 - 1042 open Issues) and that you can see all those 1042 issues in a detail page. But when i try to do this, i get wrong amount of open issues. See pic below.

For instance, this are the values im using for my graphic,

2020-01-21 10_56_29-PROD_AS_DB_JC_Defect_Cube - Microsoft Visual Studio.png

And this is how the tables are connected to each other:

The things is that the Datetable is connected to the issues over the changedate. And if e.g an issue have been created in january and closed in may, logically it was open in the months between. But if it the issue didnt had a statuschange in those month between it will not be shown in the drilltrough..

Anyone has a Solution for this problem ?

Greetings Darko

Hi @Anonymous

If you add your measure in another table to show details, will it get your expected output(1024)? Did you put measure in drillthough field? If possible, could you please inform me more detailed information(such as your expected output and your sample data or pbix  file)? Then I will help you more correctly.

Please do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi
