I have a sample stacked Bar chart as per the attached image. Is there any possible way, where I can take a consolidated total view of the respective countries (without seeing the provinces) through a next level hierarchy by rolling up or drilling down.
Does Power BI allow the feature of seeing the total of the stacked bars without seeing the granular steps through roll up or drill down.
No, this visual doesn't support drilling on the series. One option would be to create a custom page tooltip showing the total. Or, as you're already using a combo chart, put the total in the line values.

The drill in terms of the series to show the "total in terms of country" isn't supported by Power BI.
So you mean to say create two separate bar charts. One province wise and one having the total consolidated view.
