Drilldown functionality using slicer

I have two reports. The first one features a stacked bar chart for the Main office, which can be drilled down to the Local office. The second report is a slicer for the Main Office can drilldown to Local Office. However, while right-clicking on the bar chart allows me to drill down to the local office, (see the screenshot 2) selecting the local office from the slicer does not produce the same drill-down effect on the bar chart(See the third screenshot) . I checked Model view, both tables are connect correctly and there are no filter applied.

What is the issues here?
