Drill through - works in desktop, not when published

Hi Experts,

I have googled and find all solutions and things to check but mine simply just work on BI Desktop and refuse to work after publishing.

I have my setting on Power BI Desktop on " Allow visuals in this report to use drillthrough targets from other reports.".

My destination page is also not hidden.

On the Power BI Service, my published workspace, found the report and go to settings and set the same thing as above on the "Allow visuals....".

What am I missing?

It just works perfectly on my Power BI Desktop. I have a pro licence.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @adriankohws
Please refer to the linked discussions about troubleshooting the issue:

If the problem still isn't solved after all settings try to open a support ticket.

You kept sending me other posts that having similar problem and solved cases, and I have said so that I have checked all these cases before even I posted here to get help, don't waste time.

Hi thanks for your input, those as I mentioned, i have listed that I have already done all the checks.

I don't think there is anything else I can offer without access to your file. Therefore, I recommend opening a support ticket again.

I don't know but during the process of creating one, I was asked to provide premium account and I can't proceed further.

I can't create support ticket, I do not have a contract support service with them.

Need Premium ID to create.
