Drill through report not working as expected

Hi All,

I have created a drill through report and it is not working as expected. I have a main report summary level and slicers. When i select 2020 and then click on the drill through to goto the detailed report it is showing all the years and not just 2020. Please advice.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

Try to enable 'keep on filters' and change the filter type as 'Used as category'

drillthrough.png

Refer:

  1. Pass all filters in drill through
  2. Drillthrough "used as category" vs "summarized"?

Thank you , it is not clear as to where i need to make these changes. In the main report or the report that i need to drill to? Also i do not see the options of summarized and used as category.

@Anonymous it will on drill thru page, and summary/category will show if the column is a number, it is not critical for you,, just use category.

Hi. The only thing I can think is the keep filters. Please be sure that you have activated the keep filters option in the page in the middle between the cross-report and drillthrough field.

Hope that helps,

Thanks, please see the attached screen shots, the first two are from the main report. No filters ONLY SLICERS and the 3rd one is the detailed report.
