Drill down working in Desktop but not working in Power BI Service

I have a matrix with four rows, which in desktop allows me to hit the plus icon to the left of the first item three times to drill down to all four categories in the rows as seen in the left hand image below.

When I publish to the service, the same data only shows the first and second levels in the matrix and doesn't expand any further.

I am not using visual header icons, just the plus icons. Any ideas why it may not be working once published?

I just tried deleting the data model and report from the service, then re-publishing and it is now working!

Hi @JemmaD ,
According to your description, the reason for this may be that the drill-down feature is disabled when publishing to the power bi service. You can go to the edit page to turn on the drill down feature. Alternatively, you can re-use the data in the edit page to create the matrix.

@Anonymous Hi Albert, this doesn't seem to be the problem. I tried enabling the drill down options but it doesn't work either. It seems stuck on the first level of drill down on the service...

I just tried deleting the data model and report from the service, then re-publishing and it is now working!
