I am wondering if it is posible to create workflow diagrams using data
If I know
Visual Connected to Visual
1 2
2 3
2 4
1 5
3 5
4 5
Visual form property
1 Rectangle
2 Round
3 Rectangle
4 Triangle
5 Tube
Then could it be posible to draw those shapes automaticaly,
Showing data on the shapes dynamicaly based on data would make endless posiblities to visualise processes and show botlenecs
This is all to do more with processmining in powerbi and not with sp

From good to great, I like to generate the drawing using data preferably without using visio at all. so with dynamic data generate a flow diagram. Building the flow diagram takes a lot of time while moste of the time you can extract all steps and relations from an application.
if not posible I think of processing the drawing using powershell like described here.

first one is totaly free second not free
Hi @Anonymous ,
If we want to create a flowchart dynamically, we need to use a custom visual.
Maybe you can find such a visual in Business Apps – Microsoft AppSource.
