Draw additional measure as line on Column Y-axis of Line & Stacked Column Chart

Hi Everyone

I am creating a Line & Stacked Column chart in Power BI Desktop.

I have quarter-year on X-axis. Pipeline (in Millions) on Column Y-axis. And Average Pipeline (in Thousands) on Line Y-axis.

Is there a way to show Target (in Millions) as line referencing Column Y-axis?

With the standard visual you can only have one line Y axis.  You should show the target in thousands, not in millions.
