Download database file of a report with incremental act

I modified a report in power bi web and when I downloaded it I overwrote it with the one I had from desktop. When I wanted to modify it, I realized that it does not let me see or modify databases. I read that it cannot be downloaded because it has automatic update. You can somehow disable automatic automation to download the file with the database.

@Syndicate_Admin , if you download using the first option, only then you can modify the connections

Also, download pbix can be disabled from Tenant setting under setting or power bi service admin portal

The problem is that it won't let me choose the first option because it has an incremental update.
