Doubt with Calculation

Hi all! I have a table like this:

Sin título.png

Incoming mails and public comments are two calculated columns (1 yes 0 no) related to metric and type columns.

What I want to see is the next kpi:

Number of public comments from TICKETS with an incoming mail

Any idea?

Thanks in advance!

hi, @Anonymous

Wasn't 100% clear what you were looking for based on the screenshot, What is your expected output?

If this formula could help you

Measure = CALCULATE(SUMX(Table, [public comments]), ALLEXCEPT(Table, ticket_id))

If not your case, please share Sample data and expected output.
