Donut chart on filter showing 100%

I am using the donut chart for the visibility of the percentage of the issue of my activities and it is showing data fine. However when i click from the slicer on any specifc filter(issue) it shows the pie chart on that specific value as 100 percent. However i want it to show the actual value such as if i have the slow speed 20%. so when i am clicking on the slow speed via the filter the pie chart shows 20% instead of 100%. Any solution to achieve this result?

Slicers and filters do what they on the tin.

They slice and filter.

If you have 5 green sweets, 3 reds sweets and 2 blue sweets then 20% are blue.

If you just have 5 green and 2 blue then 40% are blue.

If you just have 2 blue then 100% are blue.

You can turn off interactions between slicers and graphs but

that will still show 5 green sweets, 3 reds sweets and 2 blue sweets

when just blue is selected
