Hey,
I am importing a sharepoint list to PowerBi. My list has different folders that contain the data I would like to have in my data model. When I import the list I get the folders as list items as well, but of course the only column that has data is the "title" column.
I was trying to remove the rows that only show the folder name by remvoing the top rows in the Power Query Editor - like this the rows are not shown anymore in the table. However when I build a visualization with the remaining data of that table I get a "blank" value in my legend.
How can I remove the folders as list items so they won't be shown anymore?
Thank you!
Hi @lbendlin ,
The data type of the title field is "Single line of text".
When I create a folder on top of the SharePoint list it seems it gets just added as another list item instead of a folder:
Folders? What is the data type of these fields in the sharepoint list settings?
Or do you mean lookup fields?
