I have created a table using summarize() function.so whenever my dataset updated does the table generated through summarize() also gets updated.

I don't think so. It could be done easily like below. One table is enough. If you want more details, maybe you can provide a sample data.
summarizeTable = SUMMARIZE ( 'table', 'table'[column ID], "value1", SUM ( 'table'[column1] ), "value2", SUM ( 'table'[column2] ) )
