Does MS Power BI has something similar to Tableau Public (so I can post some exmples to the web...)?

1. Desktop is free, download it.
2. Create report
3. Publish report to the Service, also free
4. Publish to Web using ellipses on the report ribbon in the Service then Embedding and then Publish to Web
5. Copy link
6. Publish to the Data Stories Gallery if desired: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Data-Stories-Gallery/bd-p/DataStoriesGallery

If you want to share your report/dashboard with others, you will need a Pro license.
