Refresh Issues using Power BI Gateway for Multiple Sources

Hi,

Can someone please help on below.

We have multiple data sources in our environment.

1. MicroStrategy

2. Excels

With MicroStratey alone, I am able to perform the auto-refresh but when there are excels as well, how do we create the data sources for the excel files. I am not able to create that.

Any help is highly appreciated.

File data source doesn't support auto-refresh but you can configure schedule refresh instead. You should firstly download and install the data gateway here and configure the data source in "manage gateway" section on power bi service, for more details, please refer to doc below:
