Having the following matrix, how can I show only the total of the last column and hide the total of the others?

To achieve desired result use ISINSCOPE function, modify your measures to look like bellow:
Primera fecha: Fecha_Pedido =

ISINSCOPE(YourTable[Document No_]),
//PASTE HERE THE CALCULATIONS OF YOUR MEASURE Primera fecha: Fecha_Pedido
,BLANK()
)
Primera fecha: Shipment Date =
