Division between sum of two columns

I want to do division of sum of two columns. So far I am doing this by using 3 measures :

SUM TOTAL Col 1 = SUM(Database[Qi ])

SUM TOTAL Col 2 = SUM (Database[Lss])

Ratio = [SUM TOTAL Col 1]/[SUM TOTAL Col 2]

I am very new to DAX and so this is a lengthy way to do operation. Is there a shorter compact way so I can combine calculation in 1 measure instead of 3

You may use the following function - 

=Var tot_col1=SUM(Database[Qi ])

tot_col2= SUM (Database[Lss])

RETURN

DIVIDE(tot_col1,tot_col2)

=SUM(Database[Qi ]) / SUM (Database[Lss])
