Dividing values with a determinated rate

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to make a report like the "Expected Table" in the image below using two tables with data. I need to divide the hours of the data in Table 1 into two or more rows using the payment order and the rate used in it (Table 2).

Can I make something in DAX ou M to make this report?

Thank you!

Hi @Ricardo_Schmidt ,

You can use Merge in power query editor to get a new table based on ITEM and ORDER column, expand the PAYMENT and RATIO column from the merged table, close and apply it in power query editor.

Now you can create a calulated column like this:

Rated Hours = [HOURS] * [RATIO.RATE]

The result will be like this:

rate.png

Tips: The table visual would not diplay the duplicated rows

Attached a sample file in the below, hopes to help you.
