Divide 2 different columns that are related from different tables

Hi,

I've got 3 tables that are all related. One of them is a date table other two has calculable values that i want to divide.

All 3 tables has a MONTH column which is a string like January,February...

And my relationships are as follows dividable number tables are connected through a person name string

So basically 3 tables, all has months and 2 tables with calculable columns. I'm trying to divide one by another but can't do it by the month. Need help with dax for it. 

For example call one column 'personal'[cost] and the other 'personal'[operation time].

Need Cost/Time by Month in a graphic.
