Distribute a value across a time span.

Hi,

first time here and looking for some guidence. 

I have a Task, and that task is assigned to a Resource. The resource has a Duration to complete that task. The Duration has a Start Date and End Date The resource also has a set amount of Effort Remaining in which to complete that task.

So I have TASK, RESOURCE, DURATION and EFFORT REMAINING,START DATE, END DATE.

I already have a HRS PER DAY Value for the EFFORT REMAINING to be distibuted to the DURATION.

I also have another Table 

In that Table I have the RESOURCE (DATAVERSE_ID). A DATE and a Capacity .

I'm trying to figure out how to distribute the hrs per day that are applicable to the duration dates and match those per day sums to the Capacity that a Dataverse_ID has on a particular day. I know that I need a measure to calculate all of this or perhaps some Calculated colum. Just a bit stumped at where to begin. So as I said at the begining, some guidence would be much appreciated.

According to your description, I can not clearly understand the output that you want to get.

You can explain with examples of the sentence: (how to distribute the hrs per day that are applicable to the duration dates and match those per day sums to the Capacity that a Dataverse_ID has on a particular day.)

What's more, Would you like to post some sample data in table form or pbix file(without sensitive data) and your expected result(like the chart you want to get and the correct measure value based on your sample data)?
