Distinct Count

Hi I'm trying to create find how many people are below 80%

I wrote the following measure 

# of Associates = DISTINCTCOUNT(WFE[Fee Earner Name]) to tell me the number of associates and it works. However, when I add teh measure to tell me the # below 80% I get the same number as Associates

# Associate <80 = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(WFE[Fee Earner Name]), FILTER('Fee Earner Capacity', 'Fee Earner Capacity'[AA YTD Adjusted Utilization]<=.8))

I'm not able to figure out where I've gone wrong in the measure

@Anonymous , [AA YTD Adjusted Utilization] is a column, then the above should work. If it is a measure then try

countrows(FILTER(values(WFE[Fee Earner Name]), [AA YTD Adjusted Utilization]<=.8))
