Distinct Count on each value of a column, omitting filters

This should be really easy, but every forum I come across seems to be a different scenario that doesn't fit mine, and thus doesn't work.

I have a table containing Email addresses and Order IDs.

I want to create a measure that will give me the distinct count of Order IDs for each Email address over the entirity of the table (ignoring filters that may be set). The reason I want to do that is, I have a line chart that is filtered to the past 7 days, and I'm trying to show two lines; one showing the total count of Email addresses that are first-time customers (only one Order ID exists for that Email), and one showing the total count of Email addresses that are returning customers (more than one Order ID exists for that Email all-time).

Thoughts?
