Distinct Count With IF condition

What conditions are your counts based on?No idea what you are looking for, it is a bit confusing.
The results in your picture cannot be achieved. You need to be based on the context of other columns to get similar results.

Anonymous Hard to say with the information provided but you can try COUNTROWS(FILTER(...),...) Also, COUNTROWS(DISTINCT(FILTER(...))) Going to depend. Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
