Displaying manager hierarchy using a decomposition tree visual

I am looking to display a manager hierarchy using a decomposition tree visual if possible.

Can you advise how i would go about setting this up and organise the data please?

@Petecart77 , I think you have two create levels and use that in decomposition tree visual
