Displaying Rankx Results as Matrix

I have a simple RankX that sorts proposals by the lowest cost.

Looking to convert the above to a matrix that would look like this-

I believe I'll need a disconnected table to link the column header (bid Rank 1, 2...etc) to the rankx results. I've tried a few things but wasn't able to get it to work.

Here's the pbix with sample data and the existing measures.

Thanks

Hi @amtbew ,

Please try to create a calculated column:

Rank = RANKX(
    FILTER(
        'Bids',
        'Bids'[Product] = EARLIER('Bids'[Product])
    ),
    'Bids'[Proposal],
    ,
    1
)

Enter the relevant number for Rank via Enter Data.

Build relationships.

Use the matrix visual:

Drag Product to the row, Bid Rank to the column, and Proposal and Vendor to values.

Or do you like this?

pbix file is attached.
