Hi,
Sorry I'm a bit confuse how to set some KPI icons in Table Visualization. In my table, I have a percentage value which may have negative, like -120%.
Question is how to have a KPI icons displaying, if the vaue is over 100% then it is Green, lest then that (including the negative) will be red.
In short is like this :
| >100% | Green |
| <100% | Red |
Or maybe if I wants 3 categories, will be like this:
| >100% | Green |
| 0 - 100% | Yellow |
| <0% | Green |
I seems confuse since in the Conditional Format setting we need to put 2 conditions in each of the rule.
Thanks.

You can create a Measure and use under option Field Value in the Conditional Formatting window:
Flag =
VAR __Value = SELECTEDVALUE(Table1[% Value] ) return
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
__Value > 1 , "GREEN",
__Value = 0 , "YELLOW",
__Value < 1 , "RED"

@admin_xlsior , You can create a color measure or icon measures.
For Icon Formatting refer

Hi @amitchandak
Yes, that's where I confused about the setting whereby it doesn't let me to have only 1 condition. it needs 2 like "If value greater...and less..."
But I just saw your link, from Matt Allington, it is mentioned about the use of Maximum and Minimum, which I just tried it immedlietly. But it give me error, also the Ok button disabled.
Thanks,
Hi all,
Managed to do this. Turned out I need use Numbers instead Percent
Many thanks for all the help.

Hi @Fowmy
Thank you, but what if I want to have an icon on the right of the value ? and leave the value as it is, with no color, so only the icon have color.
