Display units Y-axis- auto show "K" or "M" instead of value

Hello,

i set Y-axis value display units as Auto

values in milions look ok

but when i go to lower values....

and lower

its sometimes doesn't work correctly

 

how can i fix it?

Hi @ewakol -Instead of relying on the "Auto" setting for the Y-axis, you can manually adjust the display units based on your dataset to ensure consistency. Here’s how to do it:

Visualizations pane>>Select the Y-Axis option under the Format pane>>Change Display Units from "Auto" to a specific unit (e.g., Thousands, Millions, Billions, etc.) based on your data range.

This will ensure that even lower values get displayed properly in a uniform unit. one more option in y axis by adjust the Minimum and Maximum values to specific thresholds that fit your data range, ensuring that Power BI doesn’t auto-adjust in ways that could cause display errors.

if the above approaches not helps , you may consider submitting feedback to Microsoft as it could be a limitation with the current "Auto" feature in Power BI.
