Display multiple years on the same axis which are affected by the same period in a filter

I have a filter, which selects for example 01-01-2023 - 01-31-2023.

This filter needs to affect a graph which has the years YTD til 2020 on the x-axis. So you should have a x-axis with a value for the following dates:

2020

2021

2022

This Year (2023)

So, when I select a period in the filter the value for all these years will be changed to the value of the selected period. How can I achieve this? I only figured to achieve it with seperate measures, but not in 1 measure with the same x-axis (year).
