Display multiple values in card using RLS

 Hello all, I have created a RLS based on Function name.

And in the report i have added that function name as Card. So if person A has access for Function Quality then the card displays "Qulality" and it is working fine.
But when person B opens he has acess for Qulaity and Procurement. So i created below measure but it it giving me blank

@harshagraj , is 'USER_RATING'[FUNCTION_NAME] is column of the calculated column if calculated share calculation

also, try like

CONCATENATEX (
ALLSELECTED ('SA USER_RATING' ),
'SA USER_RATING'[FUNCTION_NAME],
","
)
