Display duration on visuals

Hello,

I currently have a column which represents the time it took to close a support ticket. (Done by subtracting Created date from Closed date . format eg is 31/03/2021 16:25:59 - 06/04/2021 11:50:23  )

Which results in the value 5.19:24:24 in column "zz Resolution Time"

What is the best way to present the data so that it it can appear in visuals as dd:HH:MM:SS ( and preferably another column of HH:MM:SS)

Thankyou

Hi @Greg_Deckler ,

It seems because the data is so large it adds the K into the visual and messes up the measure. (See below screenshots)

Is it possible to remove the K from the visual when results get into the thousands?

Thanks,

@CraigDykes1 In your Format sub-pane of your Visualizations pane, expand Data labels and set  Display units to "None"

Thanks @Greg_Deckler ,

Is it possible to show the format like hh:mm:ss like in the tooltips below instead of the 126k etc?

@CraigDykes1 Should be. That is the example I have in my PBIX for Chelsie Eiden's Duration. Not exactly sure what is going haywire in your visual. Huh.
