Display different tops

Tell me how to display new firms that are in the top 10 in terms of profit this month?

Suppose last month I determined the top 10 organizations, this new top 10 included other organizations from the general list of organizations, how to display or highlight them?

@DeEviloN , Create measures like

TOPN MTD = CALCULATE( [MTD Sales] ,TOPN(3,allselected('Customer'[Customer]),[MTD Sales],DESC),values('Customer'[Customer]))

TOPN LMTD =CALCULATE( [last MTD Sales] ,TOPN(3,allselected('Customer'[Customer]), [last MTD Sales] ,DESC),values('Customer'[Customer]))

where This month vs last month

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
last MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH)))

Then create color like

Switch(True() ,

isblank([TOP LMTD]) && Not(isblank([TOP MTD])) , "Red",

"Black"

)

Then use the same in font conditional formatting using field value option
