I have an excel, How to show the date modified of that excel in PowerBI desktop ??
Is there a way to show the above "date modified" (highlighted one), in PowerBI desktop ( like below screenshot.)
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Anonymous ,
when you load a folder, you will get the last modified date of the files.
So you could load that folder, filter to that specific Excel-file and safe the last modified date in the data model.

@selimovd ,
How to import an excel file which is present in another server, in power Bi desktop app which is located in another server.
Hey @Anonymous ,
I'm happy it worked 🙂
If you want to import an Excel from another server, you have to have access. The file could be on a network drive like \\myTeamServer\myProject\myExcel.xlsx or it can be in a Sharepoint or OneDrive. It depends where your Excel is hanging around on how you can import it.
Best regards
Denis
