Display Date Range on Card Using Dates Filter

Hi All, 

 

I am in need of some help. I have a visual which has a date range filter on it. Is there any way to show the actual dates from the filter in a card at all (in this case 01/06/2022 - 31/05/2023)?

 

I have tried the following measure but the date goes as far back as the earliest date in the data set

 

Date_Range = MIN('Attendance Date'[Date])&"-"&MAX('Attendance Date'[Date])

 

Do I need to tweek something in the above measure? Or is it something else?


Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Abz_17 

    The view will return the value of the corresponding time period in the date table according to the filter, but according to your description you want to return the value filtered by the filter, you first need to ensure that the value of this filter exists in your date table, for example, you are filtering the value to 5/1/2023, please make sure that you have a value to 5/1/2023 in your date table, if the maximum value in your date table is 3/31/2023, then it can only return Values for the period 6/1/2022-3/31/2023.
