Display CRM users with and without a license on a report

Hi,

I'm currently building a report based on data from Dynamics 365 and I would like to display which users have a license and which ones don't. 

I created a table with the users' e-mail adress and their licenses but every time I a create a report with the users' fullname (from the systemusers table) and with the licenses (from the table I created), the licences act as a filter and I can't display the users without a license.
