Disable xlsx but still have CSV option under export data in a visual

Hello guys,

i am embedding reports for my clients and for some reason i get a problem when im trying to export xlsx data but can export csv without problems...SO i want to disable export in excel format but still have the option to export data in CSV format beacuse that is enough. Is that possible ?

My options is to either solve the export xlsx problem that i have today or to turn off export option, but if i cant turn off xlsx and just show csv i need to solve my root problem witch is that i get error when im trying to export xlsx.

And this seems to be a case that has been for several years that hasnt been solved yet.

Hello! What is the issue you are having when you export to xlsx? There is not an option to turn off the xlsx option. You can turn of exporting altogether, or limit whether a user can export summarized or underlying data, but not whether it is csv or xlsx.
