Disable a button that triggers a bookmark using RLS

Hi guys!  

I want to disable a button that triggers a bookmark based on RLS.

I managed to do this with a button that triggers a page navigation because it has a conditional formatting (fx) option, but there is no such option for bookmark actions.

Additionally, I was able to make the button transparent, but if a user hovers over it, they can still click it blindly.  

Any ideas?   Thanks and best regards!
