@amitchandak Thanks for reply. Issue resolved. semicolon at end of query caused that issue. Removing semicolon from query resolved issue.

@balajiratnala6 . Either the credential or path is wrong or it is a very old version of the SQL server not supported for direct query
Make sure you are able to connect to SSMS on the same machine.
Also, share the version of the SQL server used
